The check-in process was rather slow! I was told my room wasn't ready, even though it was well past the check-in time. Then I had to wait almost an hour in the lobby. The bar service was also slow, I had to ask twice for a drink! my request for extra pillows seemed to get lost, it took two calls and nearly three hours for them to arrive.

the breakfast was excellent always. i enjoyed easy access into the town. it was really ideal and modern. it felt warm to me.
i noticed no complimentary water bottles or tea bags. it gave me a slight frown.

mixed feelings about my stay

the king room was a good size with comfortable amenities.
I must say i was disappointed about some aspects of my stay. my room wasn't serviced one day, even though i was out all day. I returned after 7 pm to find no toilet rolls. dirty coffee cups were still there. wet towels remained in the bath, and the bins were full of rubbish.

The room had high ceilings and blackout curtains. I slept very well. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of fresh fruit and pastries. I found many options. the shuttle service to town was convenient and ran every hour. It saved me on taxi fares. the staff were always helpful and responded quickly to requests. This.
The gym's opening hours were a bit limited for my early morning workout schedule. I wish they opened an hour earlier.

the hotel offers views of the coastline. it is near several golf courses. it takes about 10 minutes to reach the town centre by car. it has a peaceful location, though the parking was expensive!
