“The hotel presents a compelling option for golf enthusiasts, thanks to its championship courses and comprehensive facilities, although some may find elements of the property a touch dated. A luxurious spa and varied dining add to the experience, yet attention to detail appears inconsistent. While the location and amenities have broad appeal, managing expectations concerning value is advisable.”

slow check-in slow bar service
The check-in process was rather slow! I was told my room wasn't ready, even though it was well past the check-in time. Then I had to wait almost an hour in the lobby. The bar service was also slow, I had to ask twice for a drink! my request for extra pillows seemed to get lost, it took two calls and nearly three hours for them to arrive.

mixed feelings about my stay
dirty cups wet towels
the king room was a good size with comfortable amenities.
I must say i was disappointed about some aspects of my stay. my room wasn't serviced one day, even though i was out all day. I returned after 7 pm to find no toilet rolls. dirty coffee cups were still there. wet towels remained in the bath, and the bins were full of rubbish.

excellent hotel stay!
high ceiling blackout curtain wide selection fresh fruit hourly shuttle helpful staff
The room had high ceilings and blackout curtains. I slept very well. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of fresh fruit and pastries. I found many options. the shuttle service to town was convenient and ran every hour. It saved me on taxi fares. the staff were always helpful and responded quickly to requests. This.
The gym's opening hours were a bit limited for my early morning workout schedule. I wish they opened an hour earlier.
